abstract | Disclosed is a microsurfacing sealing coat mixture, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts by weight of a cationic emulsified bitumen, 5 to 7 parts by weight of an ethylene-1-octene copolymer; 3 to 6 parts by weight of an organic silicone resin, 8 to 12 parts by weight of a filler, 80 to 90 parts by weight of an aggregate, 2 to 4 parts by weight of a di-tert-butyl peroxide, 20 to 30 parts by weight of water, and 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of a promoter. The preparation method of the microsurfacing sealing coat mixture comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials other than the filler, the aggregate and the water according to parts by weight, feeding same into a high-speed shear emulsifier and blending at a temperature of 170 to 175°C for 20 to 35 minutes, followed by continuous shearing at 3000 to 3500 r/min for 60 minutes to obtain a modified emulsified bitumen; cooling the modified emulsified bitumen to 20 to 30°C, adding the filler, the aggregate and the water, and feeding the materials into a blender to be blended to homogeneity to obtain the microsurfacing sealing coat mixture. |
