abstract |
Provided is a support sheet-attached film-like baked material (100) comprising: a support sheet (2) having an adhesive layer (4) on a substrate film (3); and a film-like baked material (1) provided on the adhesive layer (4), wherein the film-like baked material (100) contains sinterable metal particles (10) and a binder component (20), and has a 90° adhesive strength that is 0.02-1.2 N/10 mm as measured by the measuring method below. Measuring method: For a test piece obtained by cutting the support sheet-attached film-like baked material so as to have a width of 10 mm and a length of at least 100 mm (after curing, if the adhesive layer is curable), the 90° adhesive strength is the peeling force required to peel off the support sheet at a peeling speed of 300 mm/min along the longitudinal direction thereof such that the angle between the surfaces of the adhesive layer of the support sheet and the film-like baked material is 90°. |
