titleOfInvention Carbon fiber bundle with sizing agent
abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carbon fiber bundle which has high friction characteristics. A carbon fiber bundle with a sizing agent according to the present invention is obtained by having a sizing agent, which contains at least an epoxy compound, adhere to the surfaces of carbon fibers; and this carbon fiber bundle with a sizing agent is configured such that the epoxy compound contains an aliphatic epoxy compound in an amount of 60% by mass or more relative to the total amount of the epoxy compound, while containing, as the aliphatic epoxy compound, at least an aliphatic epoxy compound having a polyalkylene glycol skeleton that has one or more hydrocarbon groups in a side chain.
