abstract | Provided are a method for preparing a three-dimensional biological construct, and a three-dimensional biological construct and use hereof. The method comprises a step of performing biological 3D printing by using a bio-ink and a step of cross-linking, wherein the bio-ink is prepared from a material comprising a biological material and a cell culture fluid including tumor cells; the biological material comprises a gelatin solution and a sodium alginate solution; the tumor cells are primary tumor cells. According to the preparation method, a three-dimensional biological construct can be obtained rapidly, the efficiency is high, the consumed time is short, and the biological characteristics and biological functions of tumor cells in the three-dimensional biological construct can be better maintained. |
