A method for determining hydrogen sulfide (H2S) by using a headspace single-drop liquid phase microextraction method and smart device colorimetry, comprising the following steps: using silver-gold core-shell triangular nanosheets (Ag@Au TNS) as a nano-detection probe, combining same with the headspace single-drop microextraction (HS-SDME) analysis method, so that H2S volatilized from a sample to be tested is specifically extracted by the nano-detection probe, taking the extracted sample and detecting H2S by means of a smart device capturing function and color extraction software. Compared to the prior art, the smart device colorimetric method is employed, the detection limit is about 65 nM, and the linear range is 0.1 μM to 100 μM. The established method may be applied to the determination of H2S in opaque samples such as egg whites and milk, and has the advantages of less flow, a simple operation, high detection efficiency, etc. |
