titleOfInvention | Fish probe set for detecting fgfr2 fusion and use thereof |
abstract | Disclosed are a FISH probe set for detecting FGFR2 fusion and use thereof, comprising a 5'-terminal probe set and a 3'-terminal probe set. The 5'-terminal probe set is obtained by using the BAC clone of the nucleotide sequence on the telomere side of FGFR2 gene as a template to perform amplification by means of a random primer, each probe being modified with a first reporter group. The 3'-terminal probe set is obtained by using the BAC clone of the nucleotide sequence on the centromere side of FGFR2 gene as a template to perform amplification by means of a random primer, each probe being modified with a second reporter group. The present invention has fast and simple operations, accurate and reliable detection results, can accurately detect all fusion types of FGFR2 gene, provides a reference for the treatment plan of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, is beneficial to the individualized targeted therapy of patients, reduces the side effects of drugs, improves the quality of life of patients, reduces the burden of family and society, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. |
