titleOfInvention Surgical aid device for sutureless closure of skin wound in superficial fascia of skin
abstract A surgical aid device for the sutureless closure of a skin wound in the superficial fascia of a skin, comprising: a subcutaneous negative pressure drainage device (1) comprising a catheter (10) partially inserted into a subcutaneous wound cavity (4) by a preset depth to generate a negative pressure to make the subcutaneous wound cavity (4) close during a healing process; a wound closure device (2) provided around a skin wound to press the skin edge to keep the skin wound in a closed state during the healing process; and an epidermic negative pressure device (3) provided on the periphery of the skin wound to generate a negative pressure to keep tissue positions of the skin wound and peripheral area thereof stable. The surgical aid device can implement the sutureless closure of full-thickness tissue above the deep fascia of the skin, avoids horizontal scars on the skin surface caused by suture compression/cutting, and leaves no suture knots in the superficial fascia, thereby eliminating an important element which causes colonization of bacteria and a main cause of recurrence of wound infection.
