An aspect of the present invention provides a hydrophilic porous composite membrane which comprises a microporous polyolefin membrane and an olefin/vinyl alcohol resin that covers at least one main surface of the microporous polyolefin membrane and surfaces within the voids and which has a ratio of the membrane thickness t (μm) to the average pore diameter x (μm) measured with a perm-porometer, t/x, of 50-630. |
