abstract A plant growth regulator using oryzanol as an effective ingredient, relating to the technical field of agriculture. For effectively adjusting growth and development of a crop, the present invention provides the plant growth regulator using oryzanol as the effective ingredient, wherein the percentage by weight of the oryzanol in the plant growth regulator is 0.05%-20%, and a soluble powder, a soluble granule, a seed coating agent, or an aqueous agent can be prepared by adding the effective active ingredient to an assistant. According to the plant growth regulator of the present invention, the ingredients are reasonable in proportion and are scientifically applied; the growth and development process of crops and vegetables can be effectively adjusted, so as to achieve the effects such as stabilizing and increasing yield, improving quality, and strengthening the crop resistance to pests and diseases; and the present invention is low in costs, good in effect, low in toxicity, simple in configuration, few pollution to environment, convenient in use, safe, efficient, easy to store, and can effectively promote the plant growth.
