| abstract | The present invention provides an absorbent article which is capable of sufficiently imparting the function of a functional part to the lower abdomen of a wearer.　This absorbent article (for example, a sanitary napkin (1)) includes an absorbent part (30) that has an absorber (4), a functional part (20) adjacent the front side of the absorbent part (30), and a pair of flap parts (6, 6), and further includes, in plan view, a front-side region (AF) that extends from a flap portion central axis (CW) to a front-side edge of the absorbent article and has a length in the front-back direction of 15 cm or more, and a lower abdomen corresponding region (AH) that extends further forward from a position (L13) 13 cm away from the flap portion central axis (CW) toward the front in the front-side region (AF) and faces the lower abdomen of the wearer when worn. The lower abdomen corresponding region (AH) overlaps the functional part (20) in plan view, and does not have a fold axis for folding the absorbent article in the front-back direction. |
