A blocking stent (6), comprising a distal flange blocking body (60), a proximal flange blocking body (61) and a connecting portion (62). The outer surfaces of the distal flange blocking body (60) and the proximal flange blocking body (61) are both provided with coatings. All or part of the outer surface of the connecting portion (62) is provided with a coating. A first blocking coating (63) is provided between the distal flange blocking body (60) and an inner cavity of the connecting portion (62). The present invention overcomes the disadvantage of harming surrounding tissues due to the existing blocking device for blocking a tracheoesophageal fistula, makes the blocking device recoverable, improves the safety of the blocking device, improves the life quality of the patient, and provides a new, safe and effective mode for treating the tracheoesophageal fistula. |
