abstract |
Disclosed is a novel drying process method for preparation of super absorbent resin. The specific drying process comprises the following steps: S1: introducing heat transfer oil into a heat transfer oil pipe (3) of an oil bath drying device, and setting the temperature of the heat transfer oil as 100-170°C; S2: pouring vegetable oil (1) into the oil bath drying device, and setting the temperature of the vegetable oil (1) as 90-120°C; S3: putting the prepared super absorbent resin into an oil bath separation tank, and putting the oil bath separation tank into the vegetable oil (1) in the oil bath drying device; S4: turning on a stirring paddle (2) of the oil bath drying device, and setting the speed of the stirring paddle (2) as 10-15 r/min; S5: taking out the oil bath separation tank after drying for 1 hour; S6: performing centrifugal deoiling process on the super absorbent resin in the oil bath separation tank; S7: performing cleaning process on the deoiled super absorbent resin; and S8: screening the cleaned super absorbent resin. |
