titleOfInvention | Synthesis method of helicobacter pylori o:6 serotype o-antigen sugar chain |
abstract | Disclosed is a synthesis method of a Helicobacter pylori O:6 serotype O-antigen sugar chain, which pertains to the field of sugar chemistry. In the invention, an amino linking arm is assembled at the reducing end of an O-antigen sugar chain of an O:6 serotype Helicobacter pylori. The synthesized oligosaccharide chain can be coupled to a carrier molecule or immobilized at a corresponding matrix. The cheap and readily available starting materials D-glucosamine, D-galactose, D-mannose, and L-fucose are subjected to a series of chemical reactions to obtain seven kinds of glycosylation building blocks, said sugar building blocks are then coupled under the action of a corresponding activation reagent through a series of glycosylation reactions, to obtain a plurality of Helicobacter pylori O:6 serotype O-antigen oligosaccharide chains. The starting materials of the oligosaccharide chain prepared by the present invention are cheap and easily available, and the preparation method is simple and easily repeatable. The present invention has good potential for application in the development of new drugs and vaccines for Helicobacter pylori. |
