abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electronic device that is stable in atmospheric air when film formation is carried out, and that can be driven with a low voltage. This electronic device comprises one or a plurality of functional layers between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, wherein the electronic device is characterized in that: any one of the functional layers contains at least one type of each of an insulative dielectric material and a conductive material; and the relative permittivity of the functional layer containing the insulative dielectric material and the conductive material is at least 4.0. |
