abstract In the present invention, a cell expresses: a chimeric antigen receptor including a region that binds to a first antigen, a transmembrane domain, and a protease, but not including a cleavage site of the protease; and a chimeric antigen receptor including a region that binds to a second antigen, a transmembrane domain, a cleavage site of the protease, and a signaling factor. The cell thereby recognizes the two types of antigens expressed on target cells and the like, to cause damage and the like specifically to the target cells, or to control activities such as cell-damaging activities.
