titleOfInvention | Molding tool and method for producing a molding tool for extruding cellulose molded bodies |
abstract | The invention relates to a molding tool (1, 51) for extruding cellulose molded bodies (4) from a spinning material (2), comprising an inlet side (6, 56) and an outlet side (7, 57) for the spinning material (2), and at least one nozzle body (8, 58a, 8b, 58c), having a flat support (9, 59a, 59b, 59c) with extrusion openings (10, 60) which pass through the support from the inlet side (6, 56) to the outlet side (7, 57) and have an opening diameter (12, 62) on the outlet side (7, 57) and through which the spinning material (2) is extruded in order to form the cellulose molded bodies (4). The aim of the invention is to provide a molding tool of the aforementioned type which is simpler and less expensive to produce and at the same time has excellent durability and pressure stability. This is achieved in that the ratio of the thickness (13, 63) of the support (9, 59a, 59b, 59c) to the opening diameter (12, 62) of the extrusion openings (10, 60) on the outlet side (7, 57) is at least 6:1, preferably at least 10:1, and the extrusion openings (10, 60) are introduced into the support (9, 59a, 59b, 59c) by applying laser energy. |
