abstract The present application provides an optical path modulation device and manufacturing method thereof, and an optical equipment and an electronic apparatus, the optical path modulation device comprising: a filter layer (20), a light-blocking layer (30), and an optical path modulation element (40); said light-blocking layer (30) is provided with a single or multiple optical through-holes (31) arranged at intervals; the projection of the optical path modulation element (40) on the light-blocking layer (30) covers the optical through-holes (31), and the filter layer (20) is used for selectively transmitting light of a specific wavelength at the position of the light-blocking layer (30) and the optical path modulation element (40); the present application achieves the objective of selective transmission of light waves of specific wavelengths and modulation of light paths by a single light-path modulation device; at the same time, the secondary blocking of the light-blocking layer and the filter layer causes the light to have extremely low transmittance, excluding the interference of other stray light.
