abstract | Provided is a cell culturing device provided with a culturing container for accommodating a cell suspension and a diaphragm pump for extracting the cell suspension from the inside of the culturing container, wherein: the volume of a space specified by a diaphragm of the diaphragm pump and a plane F including a surface far from the apex of the diaphragm in the outer edge section of the diaphragm is 1-20 cm 3 inclusive; for each point of the diaphragm, when the angle defined by the leg of a vertical line dropped from the apex of the diaphragm to the plane F and a straight line connecting the each point is angle A of the each point, the thickness H of the diaphragm is within the range of 0.5-1.5 mm in all the points in the region in which angle A is 0º to 75º; and when the thickness of the diaphragm at the apex of the diaphragm is HT, the thickness H of the diaphragm satisfies the relationship 1 ≤ H T /H ≤ 1.75 for all the points in the region in which angle A is 0º to75º. Also provided are a cell culturing method using the cell culturing device and a method for preparing a product. |
