abstract | Provided is an application of compounds of any one or more of formula I, formula II and formula III in preparation of a drug for treating choriocarcinoma, belonging to the technical field of antitumor drugs. The compounds shown in formula I, formula II and formula III are monomer ingredients in an annona squamosa total lactones extract. Also provided are a preparation method for an annona squamosal seed extract for treating choriocarcinoma and a product thereof. The compounds shown in formula I, formula II and formula III and the prepared extract (including effective parts) prepared by the preparation method have an IC 50 value of less than 10 ng/ml to choriocarcinoma JEG-3, wherein the extract has an IC 50 value as low as 1.269 mg/mL to choriocarcinoma JEG-3, and the effective parts have an IC 50 value of 0.4277 nM to choriocarcinoma JEG-3. Particularly, the compound shown in formula I achieves an IC 50 value of only 0.1302 nM to choriocarcinoma JEG-3, while the IC50 for most other tumors is often between 1 uM and 100 uM, and the difference is more than three orders of magnitude, showing a selective and efficient killing effect on choriocarcinoma JEG-3. |
