abstract The present application relates to the technical field of antibiotic medicine, and relates to a phenoxyacetic acid derivative and a method for preparing a penicillin V salt by using an enzymatic method of said phenoxyacetic acid derivative. The derivative is glyceryl phenoxyacetate. The method comprises the following steps: (1) in an aqueous solution, causing 6-APA and the derivative to react under the catalysis of penicillin acylase; (2) after reaction is complete, obtaining penicillin V by means of an acidification reaction, and obtaining a penicillin V salt after salinization and then isolation. By using the phenoxyacetic acid derivative and the method for preparing a penicillin V salt by using an enzymatic method of said phenoxyacetic acid derivative as described in the present application, a penicillin V salt may be better prepared by using an enzymatic method.
