abstract A central venous catheter, a preparation method therefor and a medical device comprising same. The central venous catheter comprises: a tube body and a coating layer formed on a surface of the tube body; the coating layer is formed by a coating layer composition, the coating layer composition comprising at least one photosensitive functional compound and at least one photo-curable polymer; the photosensitive functional compound has a P-L-I structure, wherein P represents a photosensitive structural part, L represents a divalent linking group, and I represents a lysine residue; the photo-curable polymer is formed by co-polymerizing components comprising a water-soluble polymerizable photosensitive monomer and a hydrophilic monomer, the water-soluble polymerizable photosensitive monomer comprising: 1) a unit comprising a photosensitive structure; ) a unit comprising a quaternary amine salt structure; 3) a unit comprising an unsaturated bond structure. The described central venous catheter may prevent thrombosis and dissolve primary thrombus; moreover, the surface thereof is super lubricated and the coating layer is firmly bonded.
