abstract A method for designing a color-controllable high energy visible light filter, comprising the following steps: selecting a filter which contains a dye absorbing short-wave visible light, and expressing the transmittance T of the filter as a function of various parameters of an optical device; selecting a light source, selecting a color or a color group consisting of a plurality of colors, and expressing the color sensation parameters of the color or the color group needing to be optimized as a function including the light source D and the transmittance T of the filter; in a 1976CIE L * a * b * color sensation space, according to chroma needing to be optimized, selecting an optimization vector r̅ to express, as an E n optimization color axis, the comprehensive chromatic aberration of the color or the color group projected on a chromaticity plane needing to be optimized, T ; and performing multi-objective optimization according to the color sensation parameters required for optimizing a transmission spectrum and the E n optimization color axis T , selecting an appropriate solution, i.e. the transmittance T of the filter, and further optimally designing parameters of the optical device of the filter on the basis of the function expressed by the transmittance T.
