abstract The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor light-emitting device having a flip chip applied thereto, comprising: a semiconductor light-emitting chip having a flip structure including an electrode; a mold having a bottom portion placed under the semiconductor light-emitting chip having the flip structure so as to face the electrode, and having a plurality of holes corresponding to the electrode formed on the bottom portion; a lead frame formed integrally with the mold and exposed through the plurality of holes; and a conductive part provided in each of the plurality of holes for electrical communication between the electrode and the lead frame and having at least a portion made of solder.
