abstract According to a system for monitoring a chronic heart failure state by using a chest tissue resistance value, and a method for using same proposed in the present invention, a chest tissue resistance measurement device including a resistance measurement unit, a signal processing unit, and a transmission unit is configured to be able to measure and monitor a chest tissue resistance value which decreases as a precursor to the reaching of the pulmonary capillary closing pressure and body fluid overload in a chronic heart failure patient. Thus, the state of disease in a chronic heart failure patient can be monitored in real time, and action can be taken according to the state.
