abstract |
[Problem] To provide a grating for talbot systems which has high brightness, can be increased in area and thickness and can be ramped, and has excellent handling properties and thermal stability by a quite different means from the conventional techniques utilizing silicon wafers. A grating for talbot systems, which has such a structure that X-ray absorbing layers and X-ray permeable layers are laminated alternately in a direction approximately parallel to the incident direction of X-ray, the grating being characterized in that at least one of the X-ray absorbing layer and the X-ray permeable layer contains an adhesive resin and at least one of faces that are orthogonal to the X-ray incident direction is held by a support. |
