abstract The present invention relates to a composition for prevention, treatment, or alleviation of atopic dermatitis, the composition comprising a monoclonal stem cell prepared through improved subfractionation culturing of stem cells, a preparation method therefor, and a method for treatment of atopic dermatitis by using same. According to an improved subfractionation culturing and proliferation method for stem cells of the present invention, a large quantity of desired monoclonal stem cells can be obtained through fast proliferation of monoclonal stem cells within a short period of time. The monoclonal mesenchymal stem cells obtained therethrough are stem cells having an improved therapeutic effect on atopic dermatitis and as such, can be advantageously used as a therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis.
