abstract Provided is a collimator lens that makes it possible to highly precisely adjust the reflection angle of fluorescence and that highly efficiently emits fluorescence. Provided is a collimator lens that has an opening part, a reflection part, and a light collection part. The reflection part is formed at an inner circumferential surface and reflects light that has been radiated from the light collection part back to the light collection part. Light that has been collected at the light collection part is radiated toward the opening part or the reflection part. Also provided is a light source device that comprises the collimator lens, an excitation optical system, and a fluorescent material.
