abstract Disclosed is a sample optical detection device, comprising a flow chamber, through which cells in a sample to be detected pass one by one; a light source used for irradiating the cells passing through the flow chamber; a first forward scattered light signal collection assembly used for collecting forward scattered light in a first angle range, with this forward scattered light being light that is generated by the light source irradiating the cells passing through the flow chamber and then reflected; and a second forward scattered light signal collection assembly used for directly collecting forward scattered light in a second angle range, with this forward scattered light being light that is generated by the light source irradiating the cells passing through the flow chamber. The present invention further relates to a sample detection method and a sample analyzer.
