abstract | In the present invention, in a first step S101, a specimen composed of a polyester or a polyester degradation product is dissolved in a pre-processing liquid containing a secondary amine to obtain a reaction product (amide) of the specimen. In a second step S102, amide, which is the reaction product obtained, is mixed with a solvent (measuring solvent) containing deuterated chloroform and deuterated 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol to produce a specimen liquid. In a third step S103, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy for hydrogen atoms is used to quantify the amide in the specimen liquid to determine the amount of acid anhydride in the specimen. |
