abstract Disclosed are an orbital angular momentum (OAM) measurement device independent quantum key distribution system and method based on real-time tracking compensation, comprising a user end Alice, a user end Bob, and a measuring unit. The user end Alice and the user end Bob uses strong pulse laser from the measuring unit to realize channel environment real-time monitoring and phase distortion compensation; the measuring unit uses an M-Z interferometer consisting of a Dove prism to realize separation of odd/even OAM order photons, and can carry out Bell state measurement on the photons having OAM. According to the present invention, OAM-based measurement device independent quantum key distribution is realized; a user carries out encoding using an OAM state; the distribution system and method has the characteristics of good stability, high code forming rate, and strong expansibility.
