titleOfInvention | Application of human endometrium endothelial projenitor cells in improving cardiomyocyte damage |
abstract | The present invention relates to an application of human endometrium endothelial progenitor cells in improving cardiomyocyte damage. Resuspending human endometrium endothelial progenitor cells in a phosphate buffer saline PBS to form a stem cell preparation, injecting locally into a damaged portion of the heart of a model rat, performing a heart color ultrasound to observe changes in heart function, performing positron emission tomography - computed tomography (PET-CT) to observe cardiomyocyte activity and energy metabolism, performing Masson staining to observe a degree of fibrosis, and displaying a comparison to human mesenchymal stem cells; human endometrium endothelial progenitor cells have better effects on improving cardiomyocyte activity, energy metabolism, heart fibrosis, etc., and ultimately achieve the aim of repairing a damaged heart. The human endometrium endothelial progenitor cell preparation provided in the present invention may act as a medication for improving damaged cardiomyocyte activity and function, for application to diseases of the cardiovascular system. |
