titleOfInvention Preparation method for biological tissue engineering stent by solution spraying
abstract A preparation method for a biological tissue engineering stent by solution spraying, comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving a biomedical material to obtain a biomedical material aqueous solution having a concentration of 2-50%; (2) performing solution-spraying spinning by using a high-pressure air jet as a drawing power, and receiving spun fibers by a spun fiber receiver to prepare a biological tissue engineering stent. The fiber diameter of the biological tissue engineering stent is 100 nm-10 μm, so that a human extracellular matrix structure can be imitated to the greatest extent. The prepared biological tissue engineering stent has a large specific surface area, can provide a good microenvironment for the survival of cells, and facilitates the adhesion, differentiation, and proliferation of cells.
