titleOfInvention | Two-pack curable urethane adhesive |
abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a two-pack curable urethane adhesive which is easily handleable, while containing substantially no solvent, and which has weak to strong adhesiveness and forms a cured film that has excellent physical properties. The present invention is a two-pack curable urethane adhesive which contains a base material and a curing agent, and which is configured such that: the base material contains a urethane prepolymer (P1) having a hydroxyl group, which is obtained by reacting a polyol component (A) and an organic polyisocyanate component (B), and/or a polyol component (A); the curing agent contains a urethane prepolymer (P2) having an isocyanate group, which is obtained by reacting a polyol component (A) and an organic polyisocyanate component (B), and/or an organic polyisocyanate component (B); and the requirements (1)-(5) described below are satisfied. (1) The polyol component (A) used for the urethane prepolymer (P1) having a hydroxyl group and/or the polyol component (A) used as the base material contains a polyol (A1) that has a group represented by general formula (1) and/or a group represented by general formula (2) at a polymer end; and the ratio of the total number of the groups represented by general formula (1) in the polyol (A1) is 40% or more based on the sum of the number of the groups represented by general formula (1) and the number of the groups represented by general formula (2) in the polyol (A1). (In general formulae (1) and (2), each a independently represents an integer of 0 or more.) (2) The average of the total degrees of unsaturation of all polyol components (A) used in the two-pack curable urethane adhesive is 0.010 meq/g or less. (3) The weight average molecular weights of the urethane prepolymers (P1) and (P2) are 1,000-100,000. (4) The chemical formula weights or the number average molecular weights of the polyol component (A) and the organic polyisocyanate component (B) are 20,000 or less. (5) The ratio of the total weight of the solvent contained in the base material (excluding the polyol component (A)) and the solvent contained in the curing agent (excluding the organic polyisocyanate component (B)) is 5% by weight or less based on the total weight of the base material and the curing agent. |
