A blood pressure measurement device (1) comprises a curler (5) that curves circumferentially according to a part of a living body on which the curler is mounted; a plurality of stacked bag-shaped structures (81), (101) that extends in one direction and is expanded by a fluid, each bag-shaped structure being formed by welding two sheets of sheet members formed of resin material; and a cuff having a joint part that is provided in at least a part of the edge of the bag-shaped structure (81), (101) arranged to face the curler (5), is joined to the outer peripheral surface side of the curler (5), and is formed by a part of the sheet member which constitutes the bag-shaped structure (81), (101) arranged to face the curler (5). |
