A cosmetic composition used for lip makeup is described. The cosmetic composition is applied to the lips to form a layer comprising a resistant film on the surface of the lips. This formed film promotes full adherence, with no loss, smudging or transfer in situations such as eating, kissing, toothbrushing, abrasion, inter alia. The objective of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition for lip makeup comprising at least one volatile silicone oil; dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, nylon-611/dimethicone copolymer; at least one pigmentation agent; at least one trimethylsiloxysilicate resin; at least two silsesquioxane resins with the empirical molecular formula [RSiO 3/2 ] n , in which n is greater than 1, R independently comprises alkyl groups of 10 to 45 carbon atoms; and in this silsesquioxane resin the groups R include at least 40% (in moles) of propyl groups; and a volatile-solvent-based binary component associated with a crosspolymer in the form of gum silicone resin. The cosmetic composition has been tested for resistance against abrasion with and without the presence of vegetable oil, flexibility, hydrophobicity, stickiness and resistance to saliva. The cosmetic composition showed no transfer in the tests carried out, resisting abrasion and saliva situations (both simulating kissing), vegetable oil (simulating meals) and toothpaste, and also showed flexibility (for comfortable application), hydrophobicity (for rapid drying after application) and durability. |
