The present invention relates to an anti-c-Met agonist antibody and a use thereof and, more specifically, to an agonist antibody or fragments thereof which specifically bind to a human-derived c-Met protein, a method for producing same, a c-Met-specific detection method using same, a composition for preventing or treating cancer comprising same, a composition for inducing the differentiation of stem cells, and a culture medium for stem cells. The method of the present invention can be effectively used to detect anti-c-Met antibodies, induce the differentiation of stem cells using the antibodies, and treat or prevent cancer. |
