abstract |
Provided are: a method for manufacturing modified particles that have outstanding dispersibility and that can suppress unevenness in the surface of a layer; modified particles that can form a thin layer with unevenness of the surface suppressed; a fluid dispersion and a composition; and a thinned layered body. In this method for manufacturing modified particles, modified particles are obtained by treating the surface of tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer mother particles with a volume-standard cumulative 50% diameter of 0.01–100 µm, and thereby introducing polar groups into the mother particles. It is preferable for this surface treatment to be a plasma treatment or a corona treatment. |
