abstract |
In the present invention, numerous types of azo compounds, which are typical as toxic substances included in textile products, are divided into two groups. A compound included in the first group is detected by MRM measurement by a tandem-type mass spectrometry unit (12) while two-liquid gradient elution is performed under acidic conditions with an aqueous solution of ammonium acetate as a mobile phase A and a mixture of acetonitrile and an aqueous solution of ammonium acetate as a mobile phase B in a liquid chromatograph unit (11) of a measurement unit (10). Meanwhile, a compound included in the second group is detected by MRM measurement while two-liquid gradient elution is performed under neutral or weakly basic conditions with an aqueous solution of ammonium bicarbonate as a mobile phase A and acetonitrile as a mobile phase B. By performing two analyses of the same sample, the main azo compound can be comprehensively and quantitatively analyzed, and efficient inspection with a shorter analysis time is possible. |
