titleOfInvention Fluorescence imaging device
abstract The invention relates to a device for the fluorescence imaging of a target (20), comprising at least one marker (21) that is fluorescent in a predefined emission wavelength range, said device (1) comprising a first excitation light source (2) which emits in one wavelength range, a second light source (3) which emits in a wavelength range greater than said range, a control unit, an image capture module (5) comprising an image sensor (6) and a optical focusing system (8). The bandwidth image sensor (6) covers the wavelength range of the second light source (3), and the control unit is configured to control the first and second light sources (2, 3) according to an illumination sequence including an activation of the first light source (2), an absence of activation of the first and second light sources (2, 3), and an activation of the second light source (3), and to communicate control signals to the image capture module (5).
