abstract The invention relates to a system comprising a receptacle (1) for the culture of plant material (11), a cover (2) for closing an opening (3) of the receptacle (1), and means (8, 9) for allowing the inlet and/or outlet of gas from the receptacle (1), the system being characterised in that it comprises a recipient (4) for receiving a liquid culture medium inside the receptacle (1), and means (6, 7) for holding the plant material (11) on the receiving recipient (4), wherein the recipient (4) is joined to the cover (2) of the receptacle (1) in a position suitable for use, the cover (2) including at least one pipe (5) for the inlet and/or outlet of the medium, which communicates with the recipient (4) to allow the recipient (4) to be filled and/or emptied by means of the pipe (5).
