abstract | Provided are an organic light-emitting diode display substrate and fabrication method thereof and display device. The organic light-emitting diode display substrate comprises a light-emitting unit layer, a first band gap layer (30), and a color conversion layer; the first band gap layer (30) and the color conversion layer are arranged on a light emission path of the light-emitting unit layer; the light-emitting unit layer comprises a first light-emitting unit (21), a second light-emitting unit (22), and a third light-emitting unit (23) which are periodically arranged on a drive substrate (10) and emit light of a first color; the color conversion layer is configured to convert a portion of the first color light into a second color light and a third color light, respectively; the first band gap layer (30) is arranged between the light-emitting unit layer and the color conversion layer and covers the second light-emitting unit (22) and the third-light emitting unit (23); the first band gap layer (30) is configured to transmit light of a first color, and reflect light of a second color and light of a third color in the direction of light emission. By means of arranging a band gap layer which increases the amount of second-color light and third-color light emitted, the light emission efficiency and emitted light amount of the second color light and the third color light are effectively improved, effectively improving the color purity of the product. |
