Disclosed are a flame-retardant resin prepolymer and a resin composition, a prepreg and a laminate prepared using same, wherein the flame-retardant resin prepolymer is made by prepolymerizing at least a bismaleimide resin and an allyl compound, wherein a phosphorus-containing group is successfully introduced into a crosslinked network structure of the bismaleimide resin without affecting the properties of the bismaleimide resin. |
