Disclosed in the present invention are a water-responsive interpenetrating polymer network, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The water-responsive interpenetrating polymer network comprises an interpenetrating polymer network formed by a cholesteric liquid crystal polymer and a polyionic liquid. The cholesteric liquid crystal polymer is formed by polymerization of a liquid crystal mixture. The polyionic liquid contains a hydrophilic group or a hydrophilic salt. The interpenetrating polymer network of the present invention has water responsiveness without the need for alkaline solution activation, simplifies the preparation process, and stabilizes the response property after prolonged and/or repeated exposure to water. The water-responsive interpenetrating polymer network of the present invention can be used to prepare a light reflecting coating and a reflecting device, and has high commercial value. |
