A paste for 3D printing, a 3D struct, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The paste for 3D printing comprises alginate, polylysine, and water. The mass of the alginate is 20-40% of that of the water. The molar ratio of carboxy of the alginate to amine of the polylysine is 1:0.1-2. The paste has good formability. A stable 3D struct in the physiological environment can be directly obtained by 3D printing. Meanwhile, the biological inertness of the alginate is improved. The overall electric charge of a support can be regulated by controlling the proportion of the alginate and the polylysine, which facilitates carrying different types of effective biological components and promoting cell adhesion and proliferation. The printed 3D struct has better stability after being performed further chemical crosslinking, and can be maintained complete for a long time. |
