abstract A display panel. The display panel comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate, which are arranged opposite each other; an organic light-emitting device, which comprises a first transparent electrode layer, an organic light-emitting layer and a second transparent electrode layer, which are sequentially arranged; and an array circuit layer, which is arranged between the second substrate and the organic light-emitting device, wherein the second transparent electrode layer is arranged between the array circuit layer and the organic light-emitting layer, and the organic light-emitting layer is separated into multiple light-emitting portions arranged in an array in the organic light-emitting device, so that the display panel forms multiple alternately arranged display areas and transparent areas.
