abstract | A method for extracting an exosome, comprising the following steps: using a culture medium containing serum free of an exosome to cultivate human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells to obtain a culture supernatant containing an exosome; performing a first centrifugation treatment on the culture supernatant, performing a second centrifugation treatment on the supernatant, and then collecting the supernatant to obtain a centrifugate; subjecting the centrifugate to ultrafiltration and concentration treatment using an 100 KD ultrafiltration tube to obtain an ultrafiltrate; subjecting the ultrafiltrate to a third centrifugation treatment, and performing filtration and sterilization treatment using an 0.22 μm filter to obtain a concentrated liquid; and subjecting the concentrated liquid to a fourth centrifugation treatment, and discarding the supernatant, so as to obtain the exosome. |
