abstract | Provided is a particle-connected body which, when electrically connected between electrodes, makes it possible to effectively increase the reliability of continuity, and to effectively prevent the member to be subject to continuity to be scratched when performing continuity inspections, thereby effectively improving the reliability of continuity inspections. The particle-connected bodies (1, 1A) according of this invention are particle-connected bodies comprising a plurality of metal-containing particles (2, 2A, 2B) and columnar connecting bodies (3) which connect the metal-containing particles. The metal-containing particles comprise substrate particles (11) and metal portions (12) which are positioned on the surface of the substrate particles. The main metal contained in the outer surface portion of the metal portions and the main metal contained in the columnar connecting portions are the same, and the absolute value of the difference between the content of the main metal contained in 100% by weight of the outer surface portion of the metal portion and the content of the main metal contained in 100% by weight of the columnar connecting portion does not exceed 10% by weight. |
