A polyimide resin having a structural unit A derived from tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and a structural unit B derived from a diamine, wherein the structural unit A includes at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of structural units (A-1) derived from a compound represented by formula (a-1) and structural units (A-2) derived from a compound represented by general formula (a-2), and the structural unit B includes a structural unit (B-1) derived from a compound represented by formula (b-1) and a structural unit (B-2) derived from a compound represented by general formula (b-2). In the formula, X represents a single bond or an oxygen atom, and Ar represents a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group. In the formula, Z1 and Z2 each represent a divalent aliphatic group or an aromatic group, R1 and R2 each represent a monovalent aromatic group or a monovalent aliphatic group, R3 and R4 each represent a monovalent aliphatic group, R5 and R6 each represent a monovalent aliphatic group or a monovalent aromatic group, m and n each represent integers of 1 or higher, and the sum of m and n is an integer of 2-1000. However, at least one of R1 and R2 represents a monovalent aromatic group. |
