abstract |
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cosmetic in which there is blended a powder dispersion composition capable of achieving a high SPF value while reducing the feeling of load on the skin while maintaining the feeling of freshness and spreadability required of an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic. A cosmetic in which there is blended a powder dispersion composition that is a composition in which a powder has been dispersed, the cosmetic being characterized in that the average grain size of the powder in the dispersion composition is no more than 10 times the primary particle size of the powder, the polydispersity index (PDI value) of the average grain size in the dispersion composition is 0.14 or lower, and the absorbance per 1% of the powder is 150 or higher. |
