titleOfInvention Sio2-covered ternary positive electrode material and preparation method therefor
abstract Disclosed is mainly a preparation method for a SiO2-covered ternary positive electrode material, comprising the following steps: with the ratio of Li(N0.5Co0.2Mn0.3)O2 : ethyl silicate being 8-15 g : 0.1-1.1 ml, heating in a water bath at 40-85 °C, stirring, then allowing to stand still, retrieving the suspension and drying at 110-130 °C for 1.5-2.5 h, and then annealing at 700-900 °C for 2-3 h, thus producing the SiO2-covered ternary positive electrode material. A button battery made with the SiO2-covered ternary positive electrode material of the present invention has the advantages of a simple manufacturing method, high battery capacity retention rate, and stable and great electrical performance even when reused for multiple times, and provides great market application values.
